Landscapes For Life Photography Exhibition

In celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty designation, the Landscapes for Life photography competition challenged photographers to capture the landscapes that are an important part of their lives. Showcased were 60 of the best entries from across the AONB, which stretches from Lyme Regis to Poole Harbour, covering almost half of Dorset.

I am pleased that two of my images were selected to be included in the exhibition. Swanage Pier for Winter and Headland for Autumn.

About the Author:

Berkshire born and bred, I have an extremely active imagination! My earliest memory is sitting up in bed, picturing faces, animals and clouds within my bedroom curtains and wallpaper. I’m told I see things in everyday life which others don’t see. Quietly observing life, listening, watching and leafing through magazines, I nurtured my artistic eye for colour, composition and design. Happiest outdoors, I have golden memories of holidays on the South Coast and my Uncle’s farm in Devon, making hay, fishing trout and running free.
