From 12 June-July 18 The Red House Museum and Gardens Open Art Exhibition is a premier showcase event on the south coast, celebrating the rich and diverse skills of local artists and crafts people. The exhibition provides an excellent opportunity for both amateur and professional artists to demonstrate their artistic skills and creative vision.

I am so lucky to have a piece of artwork that has been selected for this event.
It’s so nice that events like this are now able to promote local artists and to welcome visitors again. Looking forward to seeing all of the artists work which is for sale.
If you can spare the time please come and support local artists while visiting the beautiful gardens and tea rooms.

About the Author:

Berkshire born and bred, I have an extremely active imagination! My earliest memory is sitting up in bed, picturing faces, animals and clouds within my bedroom curtains and wallpaper. I’m told I see things in everyday life which others don’t see. Quietly observing life, listening, watching and leafing through magazines, I nurtured my artistic eye for colour, composition and design. Happiest outdoors, I have golden memories of holidays on the South Coast and my Uncle’s farm in Devon, making hay, fishing trout and running free.
