On this winters afternoon in Boscombe Dorset, I looked out of my window and I could see the sunset was going to be spectacular, so I gathered my camera equipment and ran down to the beach, I wasn’t disappointed. The sun was setting on the horizon producing a beautiful soft pink hue through the pier and reflecting on the sea. The light and shadows extended to the foreground wave as it receded adding another dimension to the image. The reflections from the lights on the pier also enhanced my composition.
