At certain times in my life I feel I am on a hamster wheel and I struggle to get off. Driving in my car on auto pilot and not really thinking about where I am going, a constant list of jobs that keep getting added to, and trying to juggle looking after my own needs of exercise, eating healthy and finding time to be creative with my camera.
Everything around me is so fast paced, like the sky in a long exposure shot. If only I had time to sit on that bench in silence and soak up the natural landscape as the world passes me by. Nature is a real healer and I am longing to discover more of its power.
